    Dynamic lessons :

    Each week a new cocktail of techniques for you to train and have fun !  Body conditioning (small weights, elastics, bum & tum), cardiovascular effort (step, aerobics …) without forgetting stretching and relaxation…

     

    Step :

    No need to introduce Step!  You will find this activity in certain cardiovascular parts of dynamic lessons.

    Soft gym : 

    We use the same basis as the dynamic lessons, but without step and aerobics.  Emphasis is placed on conditioning, stretching and balance…

    Circuit training :

    Try circuit training ! – different work stations aiming at cardiovascular effort and weight loss.

     

    Cardio-training :

    The cardio-training section is open during  group lessons times.
