How to use the sauna Leave time to your body to get accustomed to the heat. You sit or lay down on a towel, either on a higher bench for the highest heat, or on a lower bench for a lower temperature.

After 10 to 20 minutes, or as soon as you are ready, leave the sauna and cool yourself by taking a cool shower.You rest a moment in the relaxation room. You should spend as much time in this room as in the sauna. You can return to the sauna and repeat the same process as desired.Importance of the showerThe sauna is an in-depth cleaning which opens the pores of the skin and gets rid of the impurities the body. It is therefore necessary to take a shower and to use soap to be rid of all impurities.
